You can find your return date in your confirmation email. If it falls on a Sunday, you’ll have until noon on Monday to return your items.
Put your rentals in the reusable garment bag they arrived in and be sure all accessories and handbags are back in their dust bags or boxes.
If you can, return items with the hangers and plastic bags they came with. We'll take them off your hands and make sure they're recycled properly. A win-win.
Remove the shipping label from the plastic pouch on the outside of the garment bag. Replace it with the prepaid return label from the bag’s inside pocket.
Fold the bag, tuck in the handles, and zip it shut.
PPS customers will be able to return their rental through Local Shipping Carrier listed on your shipping label with ease. With growing numbers of more than hundreds of outlets throughout Malaysia, just drop-off your rental in its original packaging with the return prepaid AWB attached to make your return shipping as hassle-free as possible.
Don’t have time to leave your house? Thanks to our pick-up service, you don’t have to. If you’re in Klang Valley or surrounding area, you can schedule a pick-up for your returns from your home or office. For detail list of cities click here.
If you're in Klang Valley or surrounding area, Drop off service at our showroom is available. There is no need to clean or iron before returning. Our team will take care of it. Please contact our team to make arrangement prior Drop-Off.

No, leave the dry-cleaning to us! All you need to do is re-pack the dress into the garment bag/prepaid return envelope.
A late fee of RM50/day applies. You will be charged up to 200% of the retail value of the products you ordered. The late fee is in addition to the rental price of the products.
Kindly drop your to-return package at your nearest pos office on the next working day by 12pm.
For pick up return option, kindly contact us and we will arrange the pick up on the next working day by 12pm.
Please contact us at help@planetpengantin.com as soon as you realize your returns were dropped off at the wrong carrier. We’ll ask that you share any details you have about the time, location, or tracking information for your returns and will work with you to resolve this issue.
PPS customers are responsible for applicable late fees relating to items which are not received back at PPS due to incorrect return methods;

We do accept minor wear and tears (eg. stains that can be removed, unnoticeable snags, loose beading or embroidery, etc.). A fee of 1.5 times the cost of the dress will be charged in the case of any extensive or irreparable damage as per the retail price stated on the product page.
You won’t be charged until we have a mutual agreement.
The dresses will be inspected for damage upon return. If they are still in good condition, deposit will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
