RENT

Browse through our collection of wedding dresses, gowns, kot raihan, suits, etc. Book your favourite piece online and we'll deliver it to your door anywhere in Malaysia.

WEAR

Look amazing at your event! The dress is yours for 4 days or you can choose to extend to 8 days.

RETURN

Place your dress in the prepaid return bag provided and drop it at your nearest Post Office. We'll take care of the dry cleaning.

2. Ensure & Pick Your Size

Choose from sizes XS to 5XL and refer to our size chart as a guide.

3. Add To Cart

Click "Add to Cart" for your selected item and provide your event or wedding date. Please ensure to state your event/wedding date for availability check. Do not skip this step.

4. Choose Your Preferred Delivery Method

Opt for standard postage delivery in Malaysia or on-demand delivery like Lalamove (Klang Valley only).

5. Choose Your Preferred Payment Method

Currently, we only accept payments via Online Bank Transfer.

6. Wait & Receive Your Order

Sit back, relax, and let us handle the delivery to your doorstep.

7. Check the Packages & Return Date

Verify your items using the provided checklist and note the return schedule. We will email you the Air Way Bill (AWB) three days before the Return Date for you to print and attach to the return box.

8. Wear and Set Trends!

Elevate your style with accessories from our curated collection to perfectly complement your look. Capture picture-perfect moments at your event!

9. Return Your Rental as per Chosen Delivery Method

Place your dress in the return box provided, drop it off at your nearest courier point, and ship it back to us hassle-free. We'll take care of dry cleaning.

If you are around Kl-Selangor, you may return to the showroom by yourself. Or you can opt to use our pick & drop service.

If you prefer sending it back by post, simply place it back into the prepaid return box provided and drop it off at your nearest post office. If your return date falls on Sunday or a public holiday, we simply ask you to send it back the next business day before 12pm.

There is no need to clean or iron before returning. Our team will take care of it.

We do accept minor wear and tear (eg. stains that can be removed, unnoticeable snags, loose beading or embroidery, etc.). A fee will be charged and deducted from your Security Deposit as cost of the dress in the case of any extensive or irreparable damage as per the current retail price of material and workmanship.

You won’t be charged until we have a mutual agreement.

Online Rental Policy

The following additional conditions apply to the online rental of any Product.

A. RENTAL FEE: The rental fee (“Rental Fee”) for the Product will be the total of the rental fee, dry cleaning fee, minor alterations likewise strap, bust and waist adjustment listed on the Site for your rental of the Product. When you place your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize PPSB to charge your payment card for the Rental Fee. PPSB will charge your payment card the amount of the Rental Fee immediately upon your rental order. A reservation of a Product in showroom is an order for the rental of that Product, regardless of how far in advance that Product is reserved.

In addition, at the time of your rental order for a Product, you hereby authorize PPSB to charge your payment card for an amount equal to 100% of the original retail value of the Product (when new) set forth on the Site (“Retail Value”) plus applicable sales taxes; provided that PPSB will only charge your payment card for an amount greater than the Rental Fee as described below. Rental Fees exclude all federal, state and local taxes, GST, fees, customs, duties, levies and other governmental assessments, all of which shall be paid by you directly or, if paid by PPSB, shall be paid by you to PPSB in connection with your rental order.

The collection of payment will be accepted via cash, credit card, payment gateway system and bank transfer. A rental fee will be collected upon confirmation of the rental. Another payment will be collection as Security Deposit upon order. The deposit will be fully refunded if there’s no damage, unremovable stain, no delay.


B. CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel your rental order subject to the following cancellation fees and policies:

  1. If you cancel after (24) hours after the booking has been made, you will not receive any refund, but you will receive a full credit to your PPSB account for the Rental Fee associated with the cancelled order. This credit can be applied to any future PPSB rental which valid for 6 months from the order date.
  2. If you cancel three (3) months before pick up collection is considered as last minute cancellation, any reason will not be entertained, you will not receive any refund.

C. RETURN PRODUCT: With delivery of the Product without damage, without unremovable stain and no delay, the security deposit will be refunded fully to your bank account given. If the product is returned late, you will be charged a RM50 fee (details below under “Lost Return”).

D. RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCTS: Upon delivery, you bear responsibility for the Product(s). If however, you opt to have the Products delivered in Klang Valley by courier service, you agree to bear responsibility for receipt of Products shipped to the location specified at time of check out. In the event that an un-secure shipping address is provided, PPSB does not bear liability for Products left unattended. Furthermore, you acknowledge that providing anything other than a Secure Shipping Address may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees for which PPSB will not be liable. You will be liable for all such delays and additional delivery fees.

E. USE OF THE PRODUCTS: You agree to treat the Products with great care, as if it was borrowed from your close friend. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the Products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear encompasses minor stains, rips, missing beads, stuck zippers or other minor damage covered by the insurance you paid for with your rental of the applicable Product. If you return a Product that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we shall charge you, and you shall pay, for the price for repairing or replacing the Product, as determined in our discretion, up to the Retail Value for the Product and the cost of workmanship.

F. RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS-EXTENSIONS: You agree to return the Products to PPSB showrooms in the Rental Bag on or before the return date for the Products that are identified in the online invoice for your order. You may extend your order for a Product via Whatsapp, or by phone to PPSB; provided that any extensions are subject to other orders for that Product and to pre-payment of the additional Rental Fee applicable to that Product for the period of time of the extension. You must return the Product by delivering the Product in the Rental Bag to our showroom by 3pm on or before the date that the Product is due. We are not responsible for any personal or other items left in the Products or which are returned to PPSB in the Return Packaging. If you believe you have accidentally or otherwise sent us any such items, please contact customer service as soon as possible at hello@planetpengantin.com.
